Newly renovated and modernly furnished apartments overlooking the Kunčice Ski Resort
We offer 5 new apartments for 1 - 5 persons. The apartments are modernly furnished and fully equipped. On the ground floor of the apartment house there is a large lounge and a self-cleaner. The planned wellness area, children's playroom and outdoor seating with fireplace are gradually being completed.
The apartment house offers accommodation for 1 to 16 people.
Transport, parking:
Parking is right in front of the guesthouse.
Equipment of the apartments:
- Each apartment has a fully equipped kitchen with a stove, dishwasher, microwave and kettle. The kitchen includes basic kitchen utensils and crockery.
- There is a TV in the living area and each apartment has Wi-Fi access.
- Each apartment has a private bathroom with a spacious shower and toilet.
- Towels and bed linen are included in the basic equipment of the apartment.
Facilities and services:
- Ski storage/ bike storage is available to guests.
- There is also a self-drawing tap (professional tap equipment) for beer and draft kofola, and a fridge with soft and alcoholic drinks.
- We are preparing a playground for children, a trampoline and an outdoor fireplace.
Cancellation fees:
Cancellation 14-7 days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the room rate.
Cancellation 7-2 days prior to arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 80% of the room rate.
Cancellation less than 2 days before arrival date will incur a cancellation fee of 100% of the room rate.
